So happy to be talking about my automatic low carb bread machine.  I love bread and I love making bread in my Panasonic automatic bread machine.  And for all of you who are using the low carb diet I understand totally how much bread means to us!!  That's why I was so excited when I realized that I can bake my own low carb bread right in my own kitchen!  Hurrah!  This is all about choosing what ingredients to put in the machine.  And there are lots of cookbooks available that give you the recipes to do just that!  And there are even bread machine mixes that you can purchase that are low carb.
